Hello,
So you need to have feeding frenzy supporting the skill, in order for the buff to apply to your minions while you have feeding frenzy on you ?
If the socket is not supported by feeding frenzy that buff is uselless on you ? Or minions get the damage boost ?

Look at my character Press_C_For_Character.
Feeding Frenzy is linked with Zombies and Carrion Golems, but the Skeletons get the Feeding Frenzy bonus as well since it's a buff that lingers on you and applies to all of your minions.

Which is weird because on the gem it states :
'Minions from Supported Skills deal (5-14)% more Damage while you have Feeding Frenzy'
So this is why my question is, do they only gain the increased damage while they are supported by the gem or it doesn't matter who is giving the buff, as long as you have it it applies to every minion.
Because I am getting feeding frenzy buff from my golem but I need to know if it applies to my skellies as well even though they don't have feeding frenzy support linked.

Yes thats how it works.
If you are benefiting from it then so does the rest of your army
Edit:
The minions linked to FF will receive the mentioned %more dmg multi.
FF buffs everyone with:
- 10% more minion dmg
- 15% minion move speed
- 15% attack/cast speed
