Feeding Frenzy Buff

Feeding Frenzy Support is a minion support skill gem. It changes the supported minion behavior to be aggressive, causing them to prioritize seeking enemies and killing them. Supported minions have a chance to give the owner the Feeding Frenzy buff on hit, which grants a speed bonus to all friendly minions. The gem used to give supported minions a 'more' damage multiplier and the chance for them to give you the 'Feeding Frenzy' buff on hit. While you have that buff, all of your minions deal 10% more damage and have 15% increased over all speed. Feeding Frenzy world quest is located in Vol'dun Bonetrail Gulch on Kul Tiras isle at 36.82 37.79. To complete the quest you have to feed King Rakataka to death. He's walking around the area. You can do it by picking up Gulch Beetle from the ground and throwing them at King Rakataka using the action button Feed Rakataka.

When you have Feeding Frenzy, you get the following:
10% more Minion Damage
15% increased Minion Movement Speed
15% increased Minion Attack and Cast Speed

These buffs are not reflected on other minions when the configuration option to enable Feeding Frenzy is checked. I cannot tell if they are reflected on the linked minion (the direct damage buff to linked minions is calculated)

The gem states:
Minions from Supported Skills deal (15-24)% more Damage while you have Feeding Frenzy

So isn't it supposed to behave this way ?

It does behave that way. In addition, when you have the Feeding Frenzy buff, all minions should get the bonus I listed. The minions that are supported by Feeding Frenzy get the (15-24)% more damage in addition to the global bonus by the buff. See attached screenshot.

I don't believe that the Feeding Frenzy buff granted to the player is being taken into consideration for non-linked minions.
